We are looking for motivated security professionals to immediately join our team. We are looking for unarmed and armed officers for 8-hour and 12-hour shifts. The responsibilities include:
- Observing, reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site. This will include making periodic patrols on foot or in a Watchmen vehicle to make sure the environment remains safe and secure.
- Monitoring surveillance equipment, perform building inspections, guard entry points, and verify visitors.
Shifts:
Armed - 12-hour shifts, Thursday, Friday (rotating Saturdays). and Sunday.
Unarmed - 8-hour shifts, at the Indianapolis Airport. The shift times and days may vary but you will know your schedule two weeks prior.
- Hourly rates from $18.00-20.00
- Performance based bonuses paid twice a year

The Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- A minimum of 1 year of security experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement or the military is a bonus.
- Great customer service skills
