Unarmed Security Guard

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to monitor surveillance cameras, patrol the premises, and respond to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise. The ideal candidate will have experience in security, law enforcement or military service, possess excellent surveillance skills, and be trained in first aid and conflict management.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety of the premises
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to deter unauthorized activities
- Investigate and report any suspicious behavior or incidents
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and employees with their security needs
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety
- Complete detailed reports of daily activities and incidents

Experience:
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques
- Strong observation and surveillance skills
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
