Umpire - Slow Pitch Softball

Job Description: Umpire

Duties:
- Officiate Softball games and enforce rules and regulations
- Ensure fair play and sportsmanship among players
- Make accurate and timely calls on fouls, violations, and other infractions
- Communicate with coaches, players, and spectators in a professional manner
- Manage conflicts or disputes that may arise during games
- Maintain a safe playing environment for all participants

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or officiating, preferably in baseball or softball
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players, coaches, and spectators
- Ability to make quick decisions and enforce rules impartially
- Experience working with children and promoting a positive and inclusive environment
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
