Ultrasound Technologist

Shared Imaging LLC is currently accepting applications for experienced, talented, customer and patient focused PRN Ultrasound Technologist in the Stockton, CA or Northern, CA area. Our Technologists will perform a variety of sonographic procedures and departmental support functions.

Work Schedule:

• Coverage will be needed in: (coverage will be within prison settings - safe and secure atmosphere)

  • Folsom
  • Vacaville
  • San Quentin
  • Chowchilla
  • Sacramento, CA
• 10 hour days, Monday - Friday, no weekends
• This role is as needed/PRN, potential for 1 day a week up to 5 days a week
• Must be flexible and able to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform high quality diagnostic ultrasound studies to vascular and echocardiography
• Produce high quality imaging while providing the highest level of patient care
• Provide a safe environment for all personnel
• Provide complete and accurate documentation of patient and scan information to the hospital/facility
• Meet the standards set forth by each hospital/facility and follow all policies and procedures set forth by such.
• Demonstrate the ability to build collaborative relationships with peers, co-workers, hospital/medical staff and ancillary personnel
• Maintain licensure and certification requirements

Ideal candidate must possess:

• 2+ years experience in radiological ultrasound
• Current ARDMS (or RDMS) certification
• Experience with radiology ultrasound and small parts applications. No vascular or OB/GYN, only preferred.
• Must be willing to travel

The hourly range for this role is $40.00 - $50.00/hour with daily guaranteed overtime (2-10 hour shifts) however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
