Ultrasound Technologist Ob Gyn

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients
- Perform routine and complex procedures including PET scans, X-rays, and diagnostic evaluations
- Conduct physical examinations and interpret medical history
- Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies
- Diagnose and treat various gynecological conditions and diseases
- Perform surgeries related to obstetrics and gynecology
- Provide prenatal care, including monitoring fetal development and managing high-risk pregnancies
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care

Experience:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience with diagnostic imaging techniques such as PET scans, X-rays, mammography, and sonography
- Knowledge of emergency medicine practices and procedures
