Ultrasound Technician

```Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our medical imaging team, in a busy, fast paced Cardiology Clinic. As an Ultrasonographer, you will play a crucial role in providing diagnostic evaluations using ultrasound technology. This position requires expertise in medical imaging, sonography, and aseptic technique. Responsibilities:

- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations in Echocardiography, Stress Echo, Carotid, upper and lower venous and arterial ultrasound, as well as experience in venous ablations.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality of images
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns or questions
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient information
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:
- Proficient in medical imaging techniques.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately interpret images
- Familiarity with aseptic technique to ensure patient safety during procedures
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:
- Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as an Ultrasonographer (experience requirements may vary)
- Current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in ultrasound technology

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
