Job Title: Ultrasound Tech - RDMS Registered

Duration: 3+Months(Extendable)

Work Location:- Elmhurst, NY

Shift timing:-  4pm to 12am

Requirement:  1 year General Registered Ultrasound experience, BLS, RDMS Registered

Job Description:

• Preparing the diagnostic equipment before appointments.
• Discussing the procedure and medical history with patients.
• Positioning the patient to produce the highest-quality images.
• Creating images of organs and tissues for diagnostic and assessment purposes using an ultrasound transducer.
• Ensuring the generated images are clear and capture the necessary information.
• Identifying potential abnormalities detected with the images.
• Providing a summary of the findings and documenting it in patient records.
• Communicating with physicians and other medical team members, who use the images to make a diagnosis.

Requirements:

• 1 year General Registered Ultrasound experience, BLS, RDMS Registered

Education:

• Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by American Radiologic Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) required. BLS preferred.
