Produces and evaluates ultrasound images and related data. Is able to function with minimal supervision. Shall assist clinicians/radiologists with ultrasound guided procedures.

Requirements
Education, Training or Certifications Required:
Minimum - successfully completed two year work/training in ultrasound resulting in certification in sonography. Preferred Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited sonography program. BLS Certificate
Experience Required:
Minimum RDMS(Abdomen and OB-GYN) with at least two years scanning experience.
Preferred RDMS,RVT, and RDCS with five years scanning experience.

- Possible exposure to physical, mental and verbal abuse from patients.
- Work involves an inherent potential for mucous membrane or skin contact with blood, body fluids or tissue or a potential for spills or splashes.
- Work with patients who have a wide range of illnesses and conditions.
