Responsibilities:
- Create and review wireframes and mockups to prototype and pre-visualize designs
- Understand importance of user journey when designing wireframes and site maps
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to understand complex problems and explore potential solutions through research and design
- Prioritize and incorporate feedback to produce user friendly and visually compelling experiences.
- Provide an extensive knowledge of UI/UX Design
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Creating pixel-perfect mockups for development handoff
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design elements, while considering technical constraints and system limitations.
- Knows how to design using grid systems, digital style guides, and responsive/adaptive layout design
- Have the ability to look ahead of a project, and spot potential issues before they arise
- Must have extensive knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Must have an understanding of asset exports for optimization of design implementation
- Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written.
- Optimize landing pages and user flows through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous iteration to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and overall product performance.
- Analyzing usability test results and making design recommendations based on findings
- Understand the importance of padding, alignments, and use extreme meticulous measures when designing. MUST have attention to detail and an eye for consistency and spotting errors.
- Live close enough to physically come to the office (Costa Mesa)
- Understand this is a team effort and that we are not the hero. If all departments are not working well with one another, then UI/UX will also fail
- Take feedback/critique and use it to make the necessary changes.
