Form of workWe are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer with expertise in Figma to join our dynamic web development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating our design concepts into functional and visually appealing digital interfaces. Your deep understanding of user interface design and front-end development, coupled with your proficiency in Figma, will drive the creation of engaging user experiences for our web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with UX designers to understand design concepts and translate them into high-fidelity user interfaces using Figma.
- Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant front-end technologies.
- Create and maintain Figma libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in design implementation.
- Convert Figma designs into reusable code snippets and UI components that can be integrated into our web applications.
- Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end elements with server-side logic.
- Conduct user interface testing to identify and fix design and functionality issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UI design and front-end development to continually enhance our digital platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the development team to maintain high coding standards and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio showcasing previous UI design work.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience working with AEM is desired
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of front-end build tools and version control systems like Git.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Minimum Salary: $112,640.00
Maximum Salary:$161,920.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $112,640.00 and $161,920.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
