Job Description:
Senior UiPath Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing UiPath automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UiPath development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for automation.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a newly established team within the IT Department to work closely with our legal and administrative teams to understand and develop new UiPath RPA solutions to be in alignment with the Firm’s strategic initiatives to leverage our new UiPath platform and deliver more automation solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- UiPath Development: Proficiency in developing automation workflows using UiPath Studio, including activities, variables, data manipulation, and exception handling. Design, code, test, and document.
- Process Analysis and Design: Ability to analyze business processes and design efficient automation solutions using UiPath best practices.
- Orchestrator Management: Experience in configuring and managing UiPath Orchestrator, including setting up queues, schedules, and monitoring the execution of automation processes.
- Integration and Data Manipulation: Knowledge of integrating UiPath with various applications, databases, and APIs, as well as experience in data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in UiPath workflows, including error handling, logging, and debugging techniques.
- Design, develop, and implement UiPath automation solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes, supporting both to the functional and the technical part of the requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of automation solutions.
- Coordinate with Testing / Quality Engineering teams to ensure proper testing is performed.
- Stay current with the latest UiPath features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Designing automated process solutions in accordance with the standard RPA design principles and conventions.
- Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
- Work closely with design team to identify project requirements and understand documents like SDD, TDD.
- Highlight Risk and Issues throughout the project life cycle to respective Project Manager.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents, solution architecture, and test cases.
Required Education/Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience in UiPath development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- UiPath certification(s), required.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
- Experience in designing and developing end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.
- Extensive knowledge with all UiPath Cloud platform products (Orchestrator, Studio, Apps, Integration service).
- Ui and API Automation, Uipath Document understanding, and Path AI Center.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Java.
- Solid understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.
- Law Firm experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,548.21 per year
