Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Enterprise Design System to join our team. As the UI Design System Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evolving and maintaining our Design Systems across various brands, ensuring a cohesive and scalable user experience. This position requires a deep understanding of design tokens, enterprise-level Design Systems, and collaboration with both design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design System Evolution: Lead the evolution of Design Systems for multiple brands, ensuring they are adaptable to changes in brand aesthetics and requirements.
• Token Management: Demonstrate expertise in design tokens, having experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems at scale.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and product managers to seamlessly integrate Design Systems into brand sites.
• Cross-Functional Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes in Design Systems simultaneously across various sites.
• Enterprise-Level Expertise: Leverage your experience in creating and managing enterprise-level Design Systems, understanding the complexities and challenges involved.
• Platform Modernization: Contribute to the modernization roadmap, ensuring Design Systems align with the evolving needs of brands and platforms.
• Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency within Design Systems, supporting the team in achieving optimal results.
• Brand-Specific Design Systems: Work towards creating Design Systems tailored to each brand's unique requirements, ensuring a consistent yet customizable user experience.
• Review and Approval Process: Establish and enforce a robust review and approval process for adding templates to the enterprise-level Design System, preventing disruptions and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing and evolving Design Systems, preferably on an enterprise level.
• Design Tokens: In-depth understanding of design tokens and their role in creating scalable Design Systems.
• Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Time Management: Demonstrate efficient time management skills, particularly in coordinating changes across multiple sites simultaneously.
• Enterprise-Level Thinking: Experience in thinking at an enterprise level, anticipating challenges, and contributing to long-term modernization goals.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing design requirements and brand aesthetics, ensuring Design Systems remain dynamic.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, as this role involves interaction with various teams and stakeholders.
