UHT Processing Operator (Grade 6)- C Shift (6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, every other weekend required.)

The UHT Processing Operator is responsible for performing tasks in the Non-Dairy Reactor room and F1 Processing area, as assigned by the lead and/or supervisor.
This role has a responsibility for ensuring both food safety and quality of Chobani product.
- Ensure proper documentation on charts. These are legal documents that need to be legible and accurate.
- Ensure that seals are in place and document on chart and seal log sheet if one is broken or missing. Check to see if it’s been documented if not then need to notify supervisor or QA. If for any reason one needs to be broken by maintenance, you need to notify your Supervisor or QA beforehand.
- Ensure that CIPs are printed out immediately after wash is finished and check for proper trending of Temp, Flow, Titration, and Time. If any of these are in question, we need to have equipment swabbed. If swab fails, we need to rewash.
- Ensure that we have a safe workplace. If a safety issue comes up contact your lead or Supervisor.
- Understand and comply SQF and HACCP programs
- Be able to perform assigned task(s) safely and efficiently
- Must cross-train in F1 Processing on operator positions
- Keep timely and accurate information on all paperwork and/or production forms
- Understand HMI monitors and be able to operate Boccard system
- Be able to diagnose, acknowledge and resolve alarm conditions
- Must follow company SOP and sanitation policies/ programs
- Must be flexible with schedule (work different shifts as needed through commissioning)
- Must be able to multitask and perform with minimal supervision
- Follow Chobani’s safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 Hours.
- Basic computer skills
- Production experienced or ability to learn
- Forklift experience or ability to learn
- Ability to communicate with other operators and lead

Compensation Range: $24.00 - $32.00, plus bonus.
