POSITION SUMMARY: The Radiology Tech performs diagnostic radiographic procedures within the clinic setting and will be required to assist with patient immobilization during radiographic procedures as needed; will give input on purchasing decisions, departmental policies and quality improvement; will be involved in the practice of radiation and general safety at all times.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of an Accredited Radiography School.
- Registered by the ARRT or pass the next available exam.
- Must have fulfilled, and continue to fulfill, ECE requirements as set forth by the ARRT.
- Must have a current West Virginia Radiologic Technologist License.
- Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
