Position Overview: As a Material Handler 2 on our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our dining facilities. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, ensuring the timely receipt, inspection, and storage of materials. This role demands precision and efficiency, requiring strong organizational, numerical, and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct inventory control tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our dining operations.

· Receive, inspect, and organize materials, adhering to quality standards.

· Utilize basic math and computer skills for inventory management.

· Engage in physical activities such as unloading, stocking, and transporting goods weighing up to 50 lbs.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Proficient understanding of warehousing and inventory management practices.

· Competency in basic mathematics and computer usage.

· Ability to engage in physical tasks including lifting, pushing/pulling, and performing repetitive motions.

· Capacity to work in diverse environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, temperature variations, and handling cleaning chemicals.

Physical Demands:

· Frequent lifting of products up to 50 lbs.

· Continuous standing, reaching, and engaging in repetitive motions.

· Ability to navigate various physical postures such as climbing, crouching, and balancing.
