Trampoline Court Monitor

Trampoline Court Monitor (Up to $15/hr)

MUST BE ATLEAST 16 YEARS OF AGE

Duties:
- Supervise and monitor children in various settings, such as Trampoline Courts, warrior course, rock wall, foam pit, and additional playing areas
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline, including refereeing dodgeball
- Make a manager aware if a guest needs assistance
- Provide a fun high energy time for all guests
- Help keep the facility clean with daily cleaning duties
- Communicate effectively with kids and parents

Qualifications(preferred not required):
- Experience working with children in a similar role is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with children
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors calmly and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies and procedures
- Excellent observation skills to ensure the safety of children at all times
