UAS-NY Enrollment RN, Per Diem, $130 Per Assessment, Telehealth

Disclaimer: This opportunity is only for Nurse Assessors who have either worked or are currently working in a Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) health plan doing NYIA or P2P assessments. If you only have UAS experience working at Maximus or an Adult Day Center, then this Enrollment Assessor position is NOT for you. If you have no experience with UAS assessments but are interested to learn we offer a full time position geared towards new Grad RNs. In that role we we provide a full comprehensive training on UAS assessments (W2, full time position Mon-Fri, 80k yearly salary, must agree to do in person visits in at least 2 boroughs in NYC, apply and inquire).

Seeking RN's who will perform REMOTE UAS-NY Enrollment/Initial assessments UAS-NY for Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) Plans. You must have a valid NYS Driver's License for this position.

Enrollment assessments are reimbursed at $130 Per P2P enrollment and $100 per NYIA enrollment.

Immediate consideration will be given to those RN's who are able to complete at least 1 enrollment assessment per day. Evenings and weekend assessments are available via telehealth (face time, zoom, etc).

Qualifications:

• Experience in completing P2P and NYIA enrollment assessments.
• Must have experience with at least one of these UAS analyzers: Lenavi or the QCSS (QAS).
• Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese, Spanish, Russian, and Creole speaking assessors will be prioritized.
• RN has to have access to his/her own equipment to complete the assessments.
• Scheduling of enrollments is done by the MLTC. The RN just has to complete the assessment and submit all paperwork (no need to waste time to schedule cases).

• Are you interested to get trained on the UAS. This would be a full time position with a yearly salary of 80k. You will also have the option to take on more Per Diem cases while employed full time. The RN has to agree to do in person assessments in TWO NYC boroughs of their choosing and have a personal vehicle to drive to the patient's home. The position is very flexible, telehealth will still be allowed but in person capacity must be an option for those patients who cannot do a telehealth assessment.
