The Payroll & HR Coordinator will primarily focus on supporting Payroll by maintaining data accuracy in the HRIS/Payroll system and assisting payroll processing. The individual will also support all areas of Human Resources including benefits, onboarding, leave administration and will serve as the primary contact for team members, store management, and some vendors for HR and Payroll related inquiries. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, maintain confidential information, take on special projects, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Work Location: This position will be based out of the Home Office in beautiful Bozeman, Montana where we offer a flexible hybrid work environment after an in-office introductory training period.
As a Murdoch's Team Member in this role, you will...
- Work in a team setting to provide legendary customer service to all Murdoch’s team members
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all inquiries related to Human Resources.
- Process and verify all employment and employee related changes in HR system.
- Maintain data accuracy in the HRIS/Payroll system.
- Support the Store and new Team Members in the completion of online new hire packets.
- Support payroll processing including timekeeping.
- Provide support for team members with all areas of HR.
- Support HR Team Members in various other HR and Payroll duties as assigned
