```Duties:```
- Help oversee the application for new program process with the State of Georgia
- Conduct classroom and on-the-road training sessions for new truck drivers
- Teach and educate trainees on tractor-trailer operations, commercial driving regulations, and safe driving practices
- Provide instruction on air brake systems, tanker operations, and other specialized driving techniques
- Demonstrate proper techniques for vehicle inspections, coupling and uncoupling trailers, and backing maneuvers
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills
- Develop training materials and resources to support the learning process
```Qualifications:```
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (e.g., Class A, Tanker)
- Proven experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of tractor-trailer operations, commercial driving regulations, and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to effectively deliver training materials in a classroom setting
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Patience and empathy to support trainees through the learning process
- Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules and documentation
