Truck Driver Class A Options Choosing Pay Scale

Amazing small trucking company out of Oscelo WI  looking for great driver to deliver ATV loads.  Great pay 1700 to 2000 a week for the drivers who like to run. If you need to see a settlement sheet I can show you the numbers. Drivers will off load the ATV by either driving down a ramp or backing out out of trailer onto a dock. Multiple stops along the route get paid for each stop. You will return with back haul to pick up another load of ATV

Job Requirements:

• 2 yrs OTR EXPERIENCE
• Clean MVR
• Clean Background
• No More Than 4 Jobs In The Last 3 Years
• NO FAILED OR REFUSED DRUG SCREENS EVER
• NO TERMINATIONS LAST 5 YEARS FOR SAFETY REASON
• BE ABLE TO RUN LOADS WITHOUT BEING TOLD WHAT TO DO ALL THE TIME

PAY:

Drivers can earn up to 71 cents per mile PLUS additional pay as outlined below: 

• Multi-Stop Deck Loads - 65 cents/mile PLUS $25.00 for each additional stop
• Multi-Stop Dealer Loads (Other Than Deck) - 60 cents/mile PLUS pay for each additional stop - Crated $20.00; Ramp $25.00; Cabinets $35.00)
• No Touch Freight (loaded & empty) - Pay 50 cents/mile

 The first 9 cents per mile is paid as per diem and therefore is NON-taxable.  

BONUS PAY - Drivers can earn up to an additional 6 cents per mile  

• 3 cents per mile Monthly Fuel Bonus 
• 3 cents per mile Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonus   

ADDITIONAL PAY

• Clean Inspections - $75 Lev 1; $50 Lev 2 & 3 (company has a very low pull in rate)
• Breakdown Pay - $75.00/day plus hotel
• Detention - $18.00/hr (terms are specific to the customer (typically after first 2 hours and Polaris is 4 hours) - Roadlink may choose to pay you even if customer does not)
• Layover Pay - $75.00 for every 24 hour period. 
• Referral Bonus ($2,500 per new driver you refer ($500 after first load delivered, $500 a month thereafter until paid as long as you and driver you referred remain active driver in good standing)
• Orientation (1 Day) - $150.00 plus hotel and/or expenses including airfare if required.
