Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Process accounts payable invoices for payment, ensuring proper coding; and documentation
- Monitor cash flow and assist with preparing financial reports and budgeting
- Provide additional accounting support to the team for special projects as needed
- 3+ years recent Bookkeeping experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
