$2000-$2200 Weekly Average, Driver Positions Pay Weekly
- $1,250/wk min guarantee for 5 consecutive days worked
- Regional within 350-mile radius of your house
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to operate Manual AND Auto transmission
- 1 year Flatbed experience required
- NST Tenure bonus $1,000 each year when actively employed from Nov 1st – Oct 31st.
- Sign on bonus $3,000 half $1500 after 30 and after 90 days.
- Endorsements: Tanker & Doubles/Triples required; Hazmat preferred
- Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel OR Sleeper
- Schedule: Monday – Friday - Must be Flexible
- Hours per Week: 50 average

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities.

The starting salary for this position is $62,400. Employees may also be eligible for a Shift Differential

#INDRIVER
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
- Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
- 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
- Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
- Performs other duties as assigned
