Trimmer - Marijuana

Solace Meds is a leading cannabis company with multiple retail and cultivation locations in the Wheat Ridge, Colorado area. We are seeking a motivated Cultivation Trimmer with the desire to work their way on to our elite Cultivation team. The Cultivation Trimmer is primarily responsible for all areas of Post-Cultivation processing while ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. Experience is always a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Salary

· Starts at $19.29/hr (Full-time)

Licenses

· MED Support Badge (Must be able to obtain a badge prior to beginning employment)

Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE)
• Must understand basic computer functions and must be proactive, possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Experience in the fundamentals of plant biology preferred but not required
• Cannabis cultivation operations experience a plus

Physical & Job Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to perform physical labor for 4-8 hours a day in stressful environmental conditions
