Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installing trim devices for new construction homes in a neat and workmanlike manner.
- Ensuring that trim install is done to NEC code and all applicable county/state codes.
- Electrical knowledge for trim installations of new construction homes.
- Ability to read electrical prints and to scale prints.
- Ability to troubleshoot home during trim installation to ensure readiness for hot check and county inspections.
Electrical knowledge pertaining to the installation of trim devices including, but not limited to receptacles, switches, lighting etc.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
- Must have clean driving record.
