The Robot Triage Specialist is an essential role responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving both hardware and software issues in our line of robotic products. Their expertise ensures that our robots operate seamlessly, achieving optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Request

  • Prior experience inrobot maintenance, IT support, or a similar technical troubleshooting role
  • Proficient inreading and interpreting hardware schematics and software logs
  • Strong understandingof robotic systems, including sensors, actuators, and embedded systems
  • Problem-solvingskills with the ability to think on the spot
  • Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handlestressful situations, especially when robots are critical to operations
  • Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to workin environments where robots are deployed, which may include manufacturingfloors, warehouses, or outdoor settings
