Primary duties includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Obtains, verifies, and records health history of patients. Gathers pertinent health data through assessments via telephone communication. Dispositions patient information using sound clinical judgement. Provides proper assessment, prioritization, and referral to the appropriate level of care. Recognizes patient's abnormalities or urgent problems and seeks appropriate assistance; responds appropriately to emergency codes.
2. Documents assessments, interventions, patient responses, and medication dispensed/prescribed, and test results in medical records.
3. Promotes wellness by providing patient education, communicating physician advice/instructions.
4. Fulfills organizational responsibilities as assigned including respecting/promoting patient rights; sharing problems relating to patients and/or staff with immediate supervisor. Communicates information to other members of health care team. Documents patient telephone calls and patient complaints.
5. Fulfills clinical LVN or MA responsibilities that vary according to state law

Must have MA certification or LVN license, MA 3+ years or LVN 1+ years of experience, preferably in OB/GYN medical practice.
