Fossil Creek Nursery, a leading provider of quality trees, plants, and Shrubs, is seeking a passionate and outgoing Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be part of our retail nursery division, working alongside a talented staff to provide exceptional customer service and share your knowledge of our diverse plant offerings. We value a positive attitude and a love for the green industry. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with some weekend work required.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting trees, plants, and Shrubs that meet their needs and preferences
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly advice on plant care and landscape design
- Work collaboratively with the retail nursery team to maintain a welcoming and well-stocked environment
- Participate in weekend shifts as part of the regular work schedule
Qualifications
- Some knowledge of plants and landscape design
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends
