Coordinate and supervise the work of tree climbers and team, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget. Assist groundman with carrying and loading branches in chipper. Manage equipment and materials provided by the company. Drive chipper truck and attached chipper. Communicate with office management and clients on a daily basis.
Qualifications / What we are looking for:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license, social security # and/or possess the required documents to legally work in the United States.
- 3-5 years experience in proper tree pruning techniques, tree removals and proper climbing and rigging techniques.
- Bilingual
- Ability to keep records of daily activity
- Ability to communicate clearly with office, team, clients and management.
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ability to use a GPS system.
- Commercial Driver’s License not required but is a plus.
- Clean driving record
