Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both electronic and physical files.
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing.
- Coordinate treatment plans with the dental team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Transcribe and file patient notes, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Manage calendars and schedules for the dental team, including coordinating meetings and events.
- Provide general clerical support, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling, record keeping, and billing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively file and maintain records.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in project coordination is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide support to patients.
- Strong clerical skills, including transcribing documents accurately.
- Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
