We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office and providing exceptional patient service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and coordinating their appointments.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns
- Explain treatment plans to patients, including procedures, costs, and insurance coverage
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients based on their treatment plans
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental office systems and procedures
- Experience working at the front desk of a dental or medical office
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using phone systems and scheduling software
- Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks, such as insurance verification and claims processing
- Ability to effectively communicate treatment plans to patients in a clear and concise manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
