Job Title: Treasury Operations Manager
Location of role: Deerfield, IL 60015 - Hybrid this role is onsite 2 days a week
Salary range: $140K area Depending on experience DOE
Key Points of the role REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of overall experience in treasury
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and across departments, assertive, action oriented, hands-on, "roll up your sleeves"-type approach
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
- Experience with decentralized multinational organizations and familiar with international Tax concepts
- M&A post acquisition treasury process integration
- Demonstrated strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a private equity backed middle-market manufacturing company (preferred but not required)
- Experience with financial modeling (preferred but not required)
- Experience with a Treasury Management System (preferred but not required)

Job Description Details:
Manager of Treasury will take the lead in developing and executing the vision for the treasury operations and strategy of a high growth, acquisitive, decentralized organization. Responsible for performing global treasury management transactions, analyses, forecasting and financial & management reporting.
This position will not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a vision for the Treasury Department
- Establish departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
