Job description

The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless currently seeks a Treasury Manager who performs treasury and related accounting/analytical duties by consistently reviewing banking portfolio to optimize investment and interest income, processing electronic funds transfers within bank platforms and record transactions. Maintains schedules and meets deadlines as assigned. This position is located at 2111 Champa Street, Denver, CO 80205 and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Essential Job Functions
1. Serve as liaison for CCH banking/investment relationships and CCH rent payment processes.
2. Analyzes and reviews all operational cash flows for the organization. Apprise CFO and CEO of material changes in rate(s) of return.
3. Ensures an efficient banking structure to support the organization's overall operations through overseeing operational and strategic projects.
4. Supports all aspects of Treasury Operations activities, including assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the organization and supporting the cash forecasting process.
5. Forecasts future financial position and budget requirements by analyzing the organization's financial records.
6. Serves as administrator of banking applications.
7. Initiates ACH and wire payments for CCH.
8. Evaluates need for procurement of funds and investment of surplus.
9. Advises management on investments and loans for short- and long-range financial plans.
10. Open and close new bank accounts as directed, maintain signer list.
11. Other duties as assigned.

​Qualifications Summary
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business and/or demonstrated industry experience and accounting knowledge. Advance degree preferred.
2. Five years of experience.
