Job Description

The Business Banking Treasury Managment Specialist is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the U.S. Bank Core Values. Provides comprehensive Treasury Management solutions to small businesses with annual revenues <$2.5 million. Combines digital tools with strong human connections to offer solutions to business customers. Responsibilities include servicing, account opening and maintenance for customers within the segment. Source of referrals in this Channel will be through Digital or Direct Mail Marketing that points the customer to a digital channel.

Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Managment products, applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems. Typically works with Business customers with intermediate complexity of banking needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
• 2-3 years customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience

Preferred Experience

• Business banking client experience (to include Treasury Management products and services.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $23.46 - $31.25 - $34.38
