Job description

Summary: The Treasury Analyst’s primary responsibility is to perform daily Treasury activities, provide support on cash
flow management and participate in special projects and process improvement activities. As part of the Accounting
Department, they will interact with members of Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Cycle and other departments.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Serve as primary administrator for daily cash management, including communications with necessary
parties regarding daily activity and other announcements related to cash
  • Various other responsibilities include:
o Maintain good relationships with our banking partners,
o Perform administrative duties for multiple banking platforms,
o Review financial transactions including incoming and outgoing payments for accuracy,
o Approve AP settlements and positive pay alerts,
o Set up automatic payments,
o Set up weekly and bi-weekly NACHA files for payment
o Set up manual payroll transactions, and
o Initiate wire transactions and intercompany bank transfers
  • Record cash transactions daily into company ledger and provide associated support to Accounting
  • Analyze cash flow processes and make suggestions for improvement
  • Establish and maintain reconciliations for key operating bank accounts
  • Perform monthly analysis of bank fees
  • Analyze operating cash flow to assist with forecasting future financial position and budget requirements
  • Interface with Accounting, Payroll, AP, Revenue Cycle and FP&A teams for treasury-related queries.

Required Qualifications
Education, Licensure, & Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year or more of work experience in a treasury/cash management or related role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to operate in a multi-tasking and deadline driven team environment
  • Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and excellent work ethic

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is
regularly required to sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee
is seldom required walk, stoop, twist, kneel, or crouch. The employee must seldom lift and/ or move up to 10
pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


Work Environment
This position is remote with the expectation that the employee may travel to corporate facilities and offices. The
noise level at corporate facilities and offices is usually moderately quiet & indoors. Incumbent may be exposed to
virus, disease, and/or infection from clients in the work environment. Incumbent may be exposed to traumatic
situations (i.e. psychiatric).
