Purpose:
The Treasury Analyst plays a critical role at Amplify and is responsible for collecting funds from clients, posting cash to the HRIS and maintaining the overall AR ledger. This role also performs month-end reconciliations as well as ensuring our book to bank general ledger accounts are reconciled frequently.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Creates wire templates and uploads to bank
· Records cash receipts in HRIS
· Reconciles AR ledger
· Codes transactions within the accounting system
· Document current state procedures and processes.
· All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proficient in treasury functions including reconciliations.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
· Preferably has Sage Intacct experience.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
· Prior experience in a professional employer organization (PEO).
· One to three years of professional experience in a business environment.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
