Treasury Analyst

Job Title: Treasure Analyst Location: VSO - Eden Health

Reports To: Director of Finance DEPT Code: Office

Supervises: Filing Clerk FSLA Status: Salary

Job Summary:

The Treasury Analyst position is a dynamic position for the daily cash management of the company as well as overseeing multiple vendor and internal partnerships/projects.

Essential Functions:

1. Reconciling monthly bank statements and keeping cash activity in order.

2. Reconciling A/R for our billing group daily and working with them to solve discrepancies and identify trends.

3. Manage various key company partnerships like Concur, Amazon, hotel brands, storage and others.

4. Overseas all daily cash movements within the company and supports the Director with ensuring vendors and internal stakeholders are paid on time.

5. Assists Director of Finance in all treasury activity including filling taxes, contract renewal and negotiation, maintaining company financial information, etc.

6.Assisting C-Suite with ad-hoc analysis, board preparation, and organizing events company wide.

7. Overseas company filing and mail duties with filing clerk.

Other Duties:

1. Work with HR and director of Finance to serve as the go to for much of the companies' office management responsibilities including: supporting C-Suite as needed, maintain office space and build management vendors, coordinating special events, managing company-wide internal communications, etc.

2. Other duties as assigns and appropriate to the position.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Proficient Excel and Microsoft suite experience.

2. Outstanding organizational skills.

3.Financial statement/ analysis experience.

4. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with ease.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

1.bachelor's degree - business/financial background preferred.

2. In Lieu of bachelor's degree - at least 3 years' experience working in accounting/finance department.
