Job Description:
Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Wastewater Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage Wastewater Construction projects across various locations in the Southeastern United States. This dynamic role requires extensive travel and offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring the successful completion of each assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of Wastewater Construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to onsite staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Wastewater Construction Superintendent or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of Wastewater Construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to various work environments.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management, engineering, or related field.
