Traveling Field Technician - Tank Farm Systems

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Industrial Plumbing Installer to lead our national projects. This role is perfect for a road warrior ready to take on new challenges in various locations, ensuring the seamless construction and functionality of our Tank Farms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently unload, carry, and utilize materials and supplies for project execution.
• Operate forklifts, man baskets, and other heavy equipment for constructing and dismantling structures.
• Expertise in installing PVC/Stainless Pipe (threaded and glued) and ensuring system functionality.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite, adhering to safety standards.
• Install, repair, and maintain pumps, motors, poly tanks, and piping systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adapt to extended travel and overnight stays (75% - 80% travel).

Physical Requirements:

• Regular communication (talking and hearing).
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 100 pounds), and reaching.
• Ability to work in various conditions (heat, cold, wet).
• Comfortable with heights and confined spaces.
• Willingness to work overtime and fly commercially.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED (accredited).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience with hand tools and heavy machinery operation.
• Strong safety record.
• Background check clearance.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
