- Minimum 4 years experience in the field as a Site Superintendent
- Candidate must be able to perform layout on jobsite
- Candidate must be motivated and have the ability to manage subcontractors onsite
- Candidate must be able to review, update and maintain project schedule
- Must have computer and email skills to communicate with team members on projects
- Working knowledge of MEP systems and steel
- Retail and ground-up experience required
- Some travel
- OSHA Certification
