Calling All Talented Vascular/Echo Techs!
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Vascular/Echo Tech to join our team for a dynamic travel assignment in the thriving metropolis of Houston, Texas! In this 13-week contract, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contribute to accurate diagnoses.
As a Cardiac Sonographer you will collaborate with pediatric critical care medicine physicians and hospitalists.Providing high quality pediatric and congenital cardiac sonograms based on national best practices and standards. Astandard scanning protocol will be provided. Inpatient settings include NICU, PICU, CICU, cardiac stepdown, CVOR, Cath labs and general pediatrics.
Job Description:
- Perform a comprehensive range of vascular and echocardiogram studies (Doppler, ultrasounds)
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal image acquisition and clear interpretations
- Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to strict infection control protocols
- Educate and reassure patients throughout the examination process
Qualifications:
- ARDMS certification in Vascular and Echocardiography
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Vascular/Echo Tech
Shift Details:
- 5x8hrs shift
- 7:30am - 4:00pm
