About Us: We are a rapidly expanding company with 24 locations across the Midwest and South, on a mission to enhance community well-being by alleviating foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports. As we plan to double our store count in the next 3-5 years, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and be a part of our remarkable growth.
Your Role: As a vital member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain. Our comprehensive training program ensures you'll confidently assist customers within weeks, with continuous coaching and development over your first 90 days. You will also have the opportunity to assist in stores across the Midwest and learn from the best until the Naperville location opens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers enthusiastically through a consultative sales approach
- Process transactions and guide financing options
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of your personal sales metrics and goals
- Embrace self-development and seize growth opportunities
- Flights, hotels, rental car, and per diem covered while traveling

- Average Annual Pay: $80,000 - $95,000 (based on a daily rate plus commission and bonus)

- Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM
