LPN/RNs Positions Open in Sioux Falls, SD

Nurses We offer low-cost lodging as well as paying for travel to get to your first assignment.*

RN pay is $1980-$2480 for 40 hour week.

LPN pay is $1500-$1800 for 40 hour week.

Salary includes hourly pay, meals and housing stipends.*

Mileage Incentives!!! Drive your own car to your first assignment and receive up to .625 per mile. (Example: Drive 1200 miles at $.625 rate and receive $750!!!)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
• Document patient information accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, following infection control practices and always promoting patient safety.
• Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development activities to enhance nursing knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Post Requirements:

• State-approved nursing licensure.
• At least 6 months experience in a long-term care facility.
• Driver’s license preferred.
