Job Title: LTAC, Registered Nurse (RN)

Blended Rate: $2450/wk

Shift: 3x12s - 36hrs - Nights

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Fayetteville, NC. As a Registered Nurse LTAC, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients with complex and critical medical conditions who require extended hospitalization.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients in the LTAC setting.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, including vital signs, lab results, and response to treatment.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for patients.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.
• Adhering to established protocols and standards of care while maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care or LTAC setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
