Travel MedSurg / Tele RN - Up to $80 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.

• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.

• Document patient care plans, progress notes, and other pertinent information in electronic medical records (EMR).

• Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with the latest trends and technologies in medical-surgical nursing.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of New York.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.

• BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
