• Number of Staff - 16RNs, 4techs
• Type of staff:7-3 and the on call
o Day Shift - (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
o Night Shift -
• Patient Ratios - 4 men team, 3 RNs , 1 tech per room
• Type of equipment - Philip, Client
• EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Two years experience working in radiology department
• Understands essential components of peripheral angiographic hemodynamic monitoring.
Recognizes early hemodynamic changes
Able to trouble shoot instrumentation that may compromise hemodynamic
Knowledgeable of pressure gradients
• Knowledgeable of catheter artifact
Knowledgeable of angiographic equipment
Generator
X-ray tubes
Image Intensifier
Fluoroscopy
Digital Image system
Anticipates position need to obtain best angiographic images
Knowledgeable of proper patient positioning
Demonstrates Radiology safety at all times and is knowledgeable of how radiation is transmitted
Wares dosimeter badge during fluoroscopy cases
Wears leaded radiation protection
Properly stores and retrieves studies
Accurately operates archiving system
Correctly operates image review stations
• ppropriately copy imaging study
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Trauma cases

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• CA Client Certified Radiologic Technologist
• CA Fluoroscopy
• merican Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• BCLS (Basic Life Support)
• CLS (Advanced Life Support)
