Description

• Represent the department in interdepartmental/district meetings as required.
• Participate in the development of medication use management programs within JPS Health Network including clinical guidelines, disease management and drug use programs.
• Ensure pletion and accuracy of required documentation and record keeping.
• Performs all other related job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• AZ licensure
• 1+ Year Pharmacist experience
• FT availability
