Travel Case Manager

Orthopedic Case Manager needs in Grand Junction, CO

Hourly: 70/hr. All-Inclusive $2800 weekly gross.

Taxable : $40.95/hr.& $1638/week

Nontaxable (Stipend) : $29.05/hr. & $1162/Week

Contract length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed hours per week: 40

Shift : Days

Requirements :

1) Two years experience required

2) CO License and BLS required.

3) Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. at least two (2) years of related experience in chronic disease management, case management and/or utilization management, pediatric experience preferred.
