The Presbyterian Home provides healing and hope to at-risk children and families.
Purpose of Position:
Provides transportation services to clients and families in Secure Dwellings and Transition to Adult Living and assists with administrative tasks and housekeeping.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Schedule and transport clients to appointments.
· Perform housekeeping inspections, instruct, and assist clients with housekeeping tasks.
· Proficient at operating computers and using technology.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Administrative Duties & Responsibilities.
· Maintain clients’ files.
· Assemble folders for new clients.
· Welcome visitors to the office.
· Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
The Transporter/Assistant candidate must possess organizational, planning, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in computer skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. The candidate also needs to have a high energy level, the ability to work independently and with a team, and the ability to work on weekends as required.
A High School Diploma is required.
Must have a valid Alabama driver’s license.
Eligible to be covered by the Presbyterian Home for Children’s auto insurance,

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
