Transportation Specialist

General Job Duties:

• All employees are responsible for a basic knowledge of the employee culture book, along with the mission and vision of The Paladin Group and must conduct themselves with behavior that supports these values.
• All employees are responsible for making the most of their working time and reach maximum potential by being on time for appointments, checking voicemails/emails as appropriate and completing deadlines in a timely manner.
• All full time employees are required to work at least 40 hours a week.
• All employees are expected to escalate issues as necessary.
• All employees must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner as outlined in The Paladin Group’s code of ethics and conduct, as found in the culture book.
• All employees will specifically be trained on their job duties, however; other mandatory trainings may be deemed appropriate by management for one or all members of the team.
• All employees must occasionally collaborate with the leadership team to create, revise, and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Other projects and/or duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

• Travel is expected to visit with clients and agents, 1-2 times a year.
• Balance making cold calls to accounts as well as handling current accounts from their book of business
• Make as many calls as needed to build a pipeline of leads that exceed 10 at all times
• Submit opportunities to manager
• Call and sell the quote to insured
• Be knowledgeable about the product
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms
• Collaborate with colleagues
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
