Qualifications and Requirements
Experience, Education, and Training
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with specialization in Community or Transportation Planning, Engineering, Economics, Geography, or related field;
- Two years of responsible related experience;
- A Master's Degree may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
Licensing/Certification
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) membership or registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri is desired, but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
